Vecow Introduces ICS-1000 Expandable GPU-accelerated System Powered by Server-grade Intel® Xeon® D-2800 Processor

New Taipei City, Taiwan, December 15, 2023 – Vecow Co., Ltd., a team of global embedded experts, today announced a server-grade platform that is highly integrated, offers enhanced security, a GPU-accelerated system powered by Intel® Xeon® D-2800/D-2700 Processor. The ICS-1000 supports discrete graphics enabling applications that require AI capabilities at the edge such as Autonomous Driving, Robotic Control, Public Security, Medical Imaging, Private 5G Network, and any Edge AI applications.

Vecow ICS-1000 features a 16-core Intel® Xeon® D-2876NT processor and enhanced memory support of 8 DDR4 UDIMM/RDIMM 2933 MHz, up to 512GB. Utilizing the Intel® QuickAssist Technology and high-speed interfaces like PCIe 4.0, SATA 3.0, USB 3.0 and 10GigE LAN, Vecow ICS-1000 enables workload-optimized performance in space and power constrained environments at the Edge.

Vecow ICS-1000 offers scalability with support for up to 6 PCIe expansions, making it capable of supporting a max 1800W power budget for dual NVIDIA or AMD 2-slot full-length graphics card for AI and inferencing. Additionally, it supports optional multiple PoE+ LAN/USB connections, enabling seamless integration with a variety of sensors and peripherals.

 

The I/O interfaces on the front panel of the ICS-1000 includes 2 10G SPF+ ports for high-speed fiber-optic data transfer, 2 USB 3.0 ports for standard vision deployments, 4 COM RS-232/422/485 and 16 Isolated DIO ports for robotic control. The ICS-1000 offers flexibility for selecting the most suitable configuration for Edge AI solution deployments, with power input options ranging from DC 16V to 50V and AC 220V.
